Petrolatum Ultralite Mastic
UCC Ultralite Petrolatum Mastic is used for sealing, filling and profiling applications where a protective waterproof and non-setting mastic is required. It is used to contour fittings and profile irregular surfaces prior to the application of UCC Petrolatum Tape for operating temperatures up to 55°C It is particularly useful for cold weather application and high volume filling applications

Polyken 1027 Primer
Product description: Polyken® liquid adhesive systems are recommended for use with only Polyken® coating systems. The liquid adhesive systems consist of butyl based elastomers blended with polymeric resins dissolved in an organic solvent system. They can be used for machine or hand brush applications and provide excellent adhesion to the pipe substrate and cathodic disbondment resistance. Liquid adhesive system is ideal for hand brush application to rough, reconditioned, or grit-blasted pipe surfaces. It provides a uniformly smooth, instant tack surface for Polyken® coating systems.

Polyken 942 Innerwrap
The Polyken® 942/955 EN System is a multilayer coating system designed for the corrosion protection of pipelines operating in highly corrosive environments and exposed to high mechanical stresses that may be present particularly on large diameter pipes. The system consists of 1027 liquid adhesive, 942 three ply anticorrosion inner layer and 955 EN mechanical outer layer and is fully certified to the DIN 30672 & EN12068 Class C50 and ISO21809-3 type 12-1 standards. The three ply adhesive system produces a strong cohesive bond to the primed steel surface, at the spiral overlap and to the mechanical outer layer. The tough mechanical properties of the outer layer provide protection to the pipes during handling and installation.

Polyken 955 Outerwrap
Polyken® 955 is a protective pipeline mechanical outerwrap that is used where a complete bond of outerwrap to tape is specified. Because it is a polyethylene film with a bonding adhesive, it stays with the tape and never disappears or disintegrates. The adhesive assures a complete bond and eliminates the need for tie-downs on the outerwrap. Designed for machine application at the same time the primary coating is applied. The standard color of 955 is white.
