Olsen Welding has been proudly operating in New Zealand for 26 years, having established the business in 2000. We specialise in pump stations, water and wastewater infrastructure, gas pipeline welding, emergency repairs and the upgrading and maintenance of the Greater Auckland networks.

Our capabilities also extend to structural steelwork, piling works and certified welding services to ASME Section IX and AS/NZS 1554 standards.

John Olsen : Managing Director

Managing director, John served his time as a boilermaker and has been involved in the construction industry for 40 years. John has work experience around the globe, being involved with petrochemical industries, mining, structural construction, water, wastewater pipeline and pump station upgrades. A family-operated business, John’s personal priority and commitment is to maintain the personal wellbeing and safety of all team members. All Olsen Welding Senior Welders are highly skilled to ASME9 and ASNZS1554 standards.
